Programme and lanyard for 2010's Soundwave festival.
Pink theme kept throughout, a big fan of this. Very summery / ideal for the location and time of year. Bright and happy, yet chilled.
Fan of the monotone imagery on the programme, keeps it simple yet interesting enough so it's not boring. Also not too busy so that you can't read the type.
Negatives.
Printed onto card it is not very durable or waterproof. something that I feel it needs, not only so it lasts the weekend but also so it can be kept as a souvenir and what not. The amount of people I saw go into the sea and quickly come back to return with wet money and a lanyard holder full of water along with the programme. This is a problem to solve.
Furthermore I think it could be made a little bit more interesting than a simple fold out format.
Could do with some more information, a resort map, including the festival. I encountered problems with cash machines, standard shops and the like. Where to get taxi's from. A lot of information like this was not put into the programme, instead there was always a massive que at the information tent, this could be prevented.
