Designs for the context page following on from the cover page. In my opinion it should only be a single page, and have the numbers for student pages, visiting professional page(s) and contact page number, roughly around 48 or so.
Abiding by the concept of 3, split it all into 3 columns, Keeping the course / institution header the same as on the cover.
