Botz Brigade

Made a start on one of the branding / identity briefs, something to start off with and get going and finished early during this period of organising / portfolio, and sorting dissertation out.
Botz Brigade, Don't really know a lot on the brand other than its a clothing / record label specialising in Hip-hop / rap. The deliverables for the live client is simply a black logo, one fullm Botz Brigade and one BB.
These are my initial designs both on worksheets and then onto digital designs...

Trying different typefaces, I've yet to install my own typefaces onto the Macs at uni so my choice was limited, but thats ok at this early stage.
Different compositions, use of black and white together...
